    • The Blueprint starts with a portal workshop. This event will include all stakeholders, particularly the business units sponsoring the project and help everyone to understand the requirements, vision, and goals being sought by the project. During the workshop we will elicit requirements and generate a charter document that will help shape the project plan and the high level design of the project. From there additional analysis is possible such as creating a Gap & Fit analysis to ensure that all business needs are covered by the chosen technology. Finally, as requirements are further refined, we will design a portal architecture and roadmap specific for your implementation.
