To give a better understanding as to whom Timbergrove Solutions is, take a look into our business philosophies:

Constant Team Communication

The rule of thumb is that it is always better to over-communicate.  Lack of information or backtracking to find it costs money and time, and it should never be billed to the client.  We strive to keep all of our team-members and, more importantly, our clients up-to-date.

Simpler
Solutions

Simpler is always better. We push to minimize confusion and risk by finding simplicity in the solutions we recommend.

Keep Stakeholders Engaged

Stakeholders have the final say on the value of our work, so we believe they must be engaged in the project’s lifecycle.  There is no better place to get feedback on your project’s direction and requirements.

Manage Change and Mature Quality

Change is the only constant, as they say. Therefore, it must be managed.  When organizations experience change, its management should be used towards the maturing of delivery and product quality. Project shortcuts should not be taken.
